This study tests whether combining a drug called serplulimab with a procedure that freezes tumors (cryoablation) can shrink early-stage non-small cell lung cancer. It is for 25 adults who cannot have or choose not to have surgery or radiation. Participants will get the drug through a vein every 3 weeks for up to 6 cycles, plus one freezing session. The goal is to see if the combination helps control the cancer and how safe it is.
