Summary
This study tests whether adding the drug serplulimab to standard chemotherapy (FLOT) can help more patients with stage III stomach cancer achieve a complete response before surgery. About 138 participants will receive either the combination or chemo alone, followed by surgery and further treatment. The goal is to see if the combination improves outcomes without increasing side effects.
