Summary
This study follows 70 Romanian adults with alcohol use disorder who have been sober for at least a year. Researchers want to understand why some people achieve a peaceful, happy sobriety (serene abstinence) while others struggle with cravings and low mood. They will use personality tests and spiritual well-being surveys to find predictors of long-term recovery success.
