New combo attack on pancreatic cancer shows promise in early trial

Summary
This study is for people with locally advanced pancreatic cancer that cannot be removed by surgery. It tests a two-step chemotherapy plan (first Gemcitabine/Nab-paclitaxel, then FOLFIRINOX) followed by precise MRI-guided radiation. The goal is to stop the cancer from growing and to see if this intense treatment is safe and feasible. About 103 participants will take part.
