This study compares two methods used after septoplasty (surgery to straighten the nose): placing silicone splints inside the nose versus using special stitches to close the tissue. The goal is to see which method causes less pain and fewer complications like blood clots. The study involves 60 people aged 10 to 40 who need septoplasty for a deviated septum.
