Summary
This early-stage trial will give a single oral dose of a radioactive-labeled drug (SEP-380135) to 8 healthy men to see how it is absorbed, broken down, and eliminated. The study does not aim to treat any disease, but to gather important information for future research. Participants must be in good health and have regular bowel movements.
