NCT ID NCT06652672
First seen Nov 20, 2025 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 24 times
Summary
This study tests a less invasive surgery for people with early-stage colon cancer (stage I). Instead of removing a large section of the colon, doctors will remove only the tumor and a few key lymph nodes using a special dye. The goal is to see if this gentler approach can reduce complications and recovery time without increasing the chance of cancer coming back. About 341 adults will take part, and their health will be tracked for 3 to 5 years.
