First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 34 times
Summary
This study tests whether two drugs, senaparib and temozolomide, can shrink tumors in people with a certain type of ovarian cancer that has an ARID1A gene change. About 18 adults with recurrent or persistent clear cell or endometrioid ovarian, fallopian tube, or primary peritoneal cancer will take the drug combination. The main goal is to see how many patients have their tumors shrink or disappear, while also checking for side effects.
