New Real-World study to test ovarian cancer drug senaparib in 500 women

Summary
This study will observe 500 women with ovarian, primary peritoneal, or fallopian tube cancer to see how safe and effective the drug senaparib is when used in real-world medical practice. Participants will receive senaparib alone or with other treatments as decided by their doctor. The goal is to understand side effects and how well the drug controls the cancer over time.
