Teen squat test aims to perfect fatigue measurement

NCT ID NCT07161531

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Jun 18, 2026 · Updated 31 times

Summary

This study checks if a special muscle sensor (sEMG) can consistently measure fatigue in healthy teenagers. 27 teens will do squat exercises until they are exhausted, and the sensor readings will be compared across two sessions one week apart. The goal is to see if the sensor gives reliable results, not to treat or cure any condition.
