New hope for brain cancer: drug cocktail targets tough lymphoma

Summary
This study tests a new three-drug combination (selinexor, methotrexate, and rituximab) for adults with central nervous system lymphoma that has returned or not responded to prior treatment. About 30 participants will receive the drugs to find the safest dose and see how well it shrinks tumors. The goal is to control the disease, not cure it, as ongoing management may still be needed.
