New combo aims to deepen remissions in Hard-to-Treat myeloma

Summary
This study tests whether adding the drug selinexor to standard bispecific antibody therapy can help people with relapsed or refractory multiple myeloma achieve deeper remission. About 27 adults who have already tried at least 4 prior treatments will take the combination for up to 12 months. Researchers will monitor side effects and use a sensitive test to measure if the cancer becomes undetectable in the bone marrow.
