Summary
This study tests a 6-week online group program that teaches practical skills to manage symptoms like fatigue and pain, set health goals, and communicate better with doctors. It includes 45 adults in Israel who have had a kidney transplant or are cancer survivors. The goal is to see if the program improves confidence, quality of life, and symptom burden.
