Summary
This study compares two sedative drugs given as a nasal spray—midazolam and dexmedetomidine—for people undergoing surgery to fix a broken lower jaw. The goal is to see which drug provides better calmness and safety during the procedure. The study will enroll 32 adults aged 18 to 50 who are otherwise healthy.
