Summary
This study tested a drug called secukinumab in 62 adults with moderate to severe rotator cuff tendinopathy (shoulder tendon pain) that did not improve with usual treatments. Participants received either the drug or a placebo for 24 weeks. The main goal was to see if the drug improved shoulder function and pain based on a patient questionnaire.
