Who is studied

The study population consists of adult patients aged between 18 and 90 years who are scheduled to undergo elective colonoscopy. Patients will be evaluated during routine clinical practice without any additional interventions, medications, or diagnostic procedures. Bowel preparation quality will be assessed at the time of colonoscopy, and patients will be categorized according to the season in which the procedure is performed (spring, summer, autumn, and winter). Patients undergoing emergency colonoscopy, those with colonic obstruction, chronic kidney disease, or a history of abdominal surgery involving the stomach, duodenum, small intestine, or colon will be excluded.
