New cream aims to safely treat rare skin disease

Summary

This study is testing the safety of a cream called SD-101 for people with epidermolysis bullosa (EB), a condition that causes fragile, easily blistered skin. About 80 people who completed a prior study will apply the cream and be monitored for side effects. The goal is to see if the cream is safe to use long-term for managing this skin disease.
