New drug combo aims to shrink Hard-to-Treat tumors

Summary
This study tests two experimental drugs (SCTB41 and SCTB39-1) given together, sometimes with standard cancer therapy, in adults with advanced solid tumors that have not responded to prior treatments. The goal is to find safe doses and see if the combination can shrink tumors or slow disease progression. About 126 participants will take part across multiple centers.
