Summary

This study tests whether a new drug called SCTB35, combined with standard chemotherapy, works better than the current standard treatment (rituximab plus chemo) for people whose diffuse large B-cell lymphoma has come back or stopped responding to prior therapy. About 101 adults aged 18-80 who have already tried at least one prior treatment will be randomly assigned to one of the two combinations. The main goals are to see if the new combination delays cancer progression and to check for side effects.
