Summary
This study looks at whether giving parents of 4-6 year olds education about screen addiction can reduce their children's problematic media use and improve parents' confidence in managing digital media. About 64 parents will take part, and researchers will measure changes using surveys. The goal is to see if teaching parents can lead to healthier screen habits for young children.
