ENROLLING_BY_INVITATION Knowledge-focused Sponsor: Joseph D. Tobias Source: ClinicalTrials.gov ↗

Summary

This study aims to understand how tilting a patient's head up during scoliosis surgery affects oxygen levels in their brain. Researchers will observe 50 young patients aged 10-21 who are already having this surgery. They will use a special, non-invasive monitor on the forehead to measure brain oxygen while the patient's bed is moved to different angles.
