Summary

This study aims to compare two different exercise-based approaches for managing mild adolescent scoliosis. Researchers will work with 30 teenagers to see whether the Schroth method or the SEAS approach is more effective at improving spinal alignment and quality of life. The goal is to help guide better non-surgical treatment options for teens with this common spinal condition.
