Summary
This study follows 6,000 healthcare professionals and informal (family) caregivers in Switzerland over time. Researchers will track their career paths, well-being, and reasons for staying in or leaving their roles. The goal is to understand what keeps caregivers healthy and committed, so the healthcare system can better support them.
