NCT ID NCT07339059

First seen Jan 19, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 16 times

Summary

This study tests whether combining two FDA-approved drugs—sacituzumab govitecan and an immunotherapy (atezolizumab or durvalumab)—can control tumor growth in adults with extensive-stage small cell lung cancer. Participants receive treatment every 21 days for up to 2 years, with regular scans to monitor the cancer. The goal is to see if this maintenance therapy keeps the disease from progressing after initial chemotherapy.
