Could adding immunotherapy after surgery keep lung cancer away?

NCT ID NCT07149363

First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This study tests whether adding an immunotherapy drug (durvalumab) to standard chemotherapy after surgery for early-stage small cell lung cancer helps keep the cancer from coming back. About 65 adults who had their lung cancer completely removed will receive this combination. The goal is to see if this approach improves how long people live without their cancer returning.
