Summary
This study looked at two ways to numb the sciatic nerve to control pain in teenagers after ACL knee surgery. 141 teens aged 10-18 took part. Researchers compared a single injection versus a continuous nerve block to see which provided better pain relief, less medication use, and higher satisfaction.
