Summary

This study tested a school program designed to prevent teen dating violence among 7th graders. Over 3,000 students in 24 diverse middle schools participated, with some schools using the program and others serving as comparisons. The program taught healthy relationship skills, emotional awareness, and how to avoid violence both in-person and online.
