Schools test new program to build Kids' confidence and reduce worry

NCT ID NCT07162402

Summary

This study tested whether a school program called Super Skills for Life could help prevent anxiety and depression in children. 126 fifth-grade students from six schools in Pakistan participated, with half receiving eight weekly sessions of the program and half waiting. Researchers measured anxiety, depression, self-esteem, social skills, and quality of life before, after, and six months later to see if the program made a lasting difference.
