New pill aims to keep schizophrenia at bay

Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called NBI-1117568 to see if it can delay the return of schizophrenia symptoms in adults who are already stable on the drug. About 560 participants will first receive the drug openly, then be randomly assigned to continue the drug or switch to a placebo. The main goal is to measure how long it takes for symptoms to relapse.
