Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called LY03020 in 160 adults with schizophrenia who are currently having severe symptoms (acute psychosis). Participants will receive either the drug or a placebo for a set time, and researchers will measure changes in a standard symptom scale. The goal is to see if the drug safely reduces symptoms like hallucinations and delusions better than a placebo.
