Summary
This study tests a new drug called 9MW3811 for people with thick, raised scars that haven't improved in 6 months. The goal is to see if the drug can make scars look better and reduce symptoms like pain and itching. About 30 adults will receive either the drug or a placebo, and researchers will monitor safety and scar changes over time.
