Summary
This study tests whether a technique called serial casting can improve the appearance and feel of burn scars in adults. Researchers will compare treated scars to untreated ones on the same person, measuring thickness, elasticity, pain, and itching after one week. The goal is to see if this simple, non-surgical method can ease symptoms and improve scar quality.
