Summary
This study looks at whether combining shoulder blade and core exercises can help reduce neck pain in telephone operators who sit for long hours. Researchers will enroll 90 adults aged 20 to 60 with mild neck disability. The goal is to see if this exercise approach improves pain, posture, and daily function.
