Summary
This study tests a tool called SCALE-EYE that helps doctors measure the size of polyps during a colonoscopy. It compares SCALE-EYE to the standard method using biopsy forceps. The goal is to see if SCALE-EYE is more accurate and can reduce the number of colonoscopies needed, as well as the waste and carbon footprint. About 241 people aged 55-80 having screening or surveillance colonoscopies will take part.
