First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated Apr 29, 2026 · Updated 28 times

Summary

This early-stage study tests a new treatment called SC291 for people with certain types of blood cancer (non-Hodgkin lymphoma or chronic lymphocytic leukemia) that have come back or stopped responding to other treatments. SC291 is a type of CAR T cell therapy made from donor cells, designed to target and kill cancer cells. The main goals are to check if it is safe and to see if it can shrink tumors. About 16 adults aged 18 to 80 will take part.
