Summary

This early-phase study tests a new treatment called SC262 for people with Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma that has come back or not responded to other therapies. SC262 is a type of immune cell therapy (CAR T) made from donor cells, designed to target cancer cells. The main goal is to check safety and find the right dose, while also seeing if it can shrink tumors. About 6 adults aged 18-80 will take part.
