Summary

This early-stage study tests a single dose of an experimental drug called SBT777101 in 24 adults with moderate-to-severe hidradenitis suppurativa (painful skin boils). The main goal is to check safety and side effects, while also seeing how the drug works in the body. Researchers will start with low doses and increase them only if lower doses are safe.
