New radiation technique tested for Hard-to-Treat head and neck cancer

Summary
This study tests whether a newer, more precise type of radiation (SBRT) works better than standard radiation at controlling advanced head and neck cancer. About 196 adults who cannot have curative treatment will be randomly assigned to one of the two radiation approaches. The main goal is to see if SBRT helps people live longer.
