Summary
This study tests a new treatment for nasopharyngeal cancer that has spread to up to 5 other places in the body. It combines precise radiation (SBRT) with an immunotherapy drug (PD-1 antibody) and chemotherapy. The goal is to see if this approach can control the cancer longer. The study involves 41 adults who have not had prior treatment for their metastatic disease.
