High-dose radiation targets tough prostate tumors without surgery

Summary
This study tests a special type of radiation called stereotactic body radiotherapy (SBRT) for men with high-risk prostate cancer that hasn't spread. The goal is to control the cancer and reduce side effects. About 220 participants will receive focused radiation and be followed for cancer progression and quality of life.
