High-Dose radiation added to immunotherapy shows promise for advanced esophageal cancer

Summary

This study is for people with esophageal cancer that has spread to a few other parts of the body. It tests whether adding a special high-dose radiation treatment (SBRT) to standard chemotherapy and immunotherapy can help control the disease longer. About 22 adults will take part. The goal is to see if this combination improves survival and quality of life.
