NCT ID NCT07446075

First seen Mar 04, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 9 times

Summary

This study looks at whether a program called SBIRT can be used in hospitals to screen teenagers with chronic medical conditions for alcohol misuse and offer help. Researchers will work with hospital staff, teens, and parents to adapt the program and test it with 50 teens. The goal is to see if the program is practical and acceptable for hospital use, not to directly treat or cure any disease.
