Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug, SB17170, in about 50 adults with advanced solid tumors that no longer respond to standard treatments. The main goal is to find a safe dose and check for side effects. Researchers will also measure how the drug moves through the body and look for early signs of tumor shrinkage.
