Summary
This study tested a dietary supplement called SB Flavon, which contains vitamin C, an amino acid, and several plant compounds (flavonoids). The goal was to see if it could help people with Hepatitis B by protecting their liver cells, reducing inflammation and scarring, and preventing the disease from worsening to cirrhosis or liver cancer. The trial involved 134 participants with various stages of Hepatitis B infection.
