Summary
This early-phase study tests a new drug called SB-4826 in adults with advanced solid tumors or non-Hodgkin lymphoma. The main goal is to find a safe dose and see if the drug shrinks tumors. Some participants with lymphoma will also receive the drug combined with rituximab. The study involves taking SB-4826 twice weekly for up to a year, with regular clinic visits and tests.
