Summary

This study tested a drug called savolitinib in 110 people with advanced stomach or esophagus-stomach junction cancer whose tumors have a specific gene change (MET amplification). The goal was to see if the drug could shrink tumors and how safe it was. Participants took the drug by mouth, and doctors measured tumor response using standard criteria.
