Summary

This study tests a combination of two drugs, savolitinib and durvalumab, in people with advanced stomach cancer that has a specific genetic change called MET amplification. Participants must have already tried at least one prior chemotherapy that stopped working. The goal is to see if this combination can slow cancer growth or shrink tumors.
