Summary

This study looks at two different surgical methods for removing simple ovarian cysts in girls and teenagers. The goal is to find out which technique better protects the ovary's future function and lowers the chance of the cyst coming back. About 80 participants aged 1 to 18 with cysts 4 cm or larger will be followed after surgery.
