Summary
This study tested a new drug (SAR444245) combined with an immunotherapy (cemiplimab) in 46 people with advanced melanoma or skin squamous cell carcinoma that could not be removed by surgery. The goal was to see if the combination shrank tumors. The trial was terminated early, so results are limited. Participants had to be 18 or older with confirmed advanced skin cancer.
