Summary
This early-stage study tested a new oral drug called SAR441566 in 10 healthy Japanese men to see how the body processes it and if it is safe. The drug is being developed for rheumatoid arthritis, but this study did not treat the disease. Participants took single increasing doses and were monitored for side effects and drug levels in the blood.
